Herts Basketball League

The Herts Basketball League (HBL) is an autonomous basketball league, operating under the licensing and policies of Basketball England. Born in 1975 as the Herts. Premier League (HPL), the league is celebrating 50 years of providing competitive basketball in Hertfordshire. A wonderful milestone and one we are all rightly proud of. Some of those who were there at the beginning are still playing or officiating and the HBL has always had a reputation for tough competition and fairness. We welcome you to our league, whether as part of a club, an official, an administrator or a spectator. We are delighted to see you and hope your time with HBL will be enjoyable and, most importantly, fun.
